Catering/Event Services
We do allow outside catering, there is a $50 outside catering fee and all outside catering needs to be approved by our sales team.

Breakfast Area
The breakfast room at Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites becomes an ideal dining space adjacent to the meeting room for up to 50 people. Breakfast arrangements for meeting room guest can be made, but the space is also easily adaptable for catered lunches and dinners. The granite countertop is more than 25 feet in length and features a built-in hot and cold buffet. Outside caterers are welcome to make use of the counter as well as the adjoining pantry and prep area.

Atrea Hall
In addition to breakfast, the hotel can easily accommodate outside catering in our meeting space, there is a $50 outside catering fee and all outside catering needs to be approved by our sales team.

Chasers Lounge
Chasers Lounge is available Monday-Thursday from 5pm until 10pm, and Fridays and Saturdays until 11pm. However, if your event warrants, bar hours can be extended for an additional fee. A portable bar and bartender can be added to your event at a rate of $75 per hour.

Please note that there is a 20% service fee and 8.25% sales tax on all catering and event service. Meeting space has a 20% service fee and 6% sales tax.
